Q. Can I get an estimate over the phone?

A.Yes...smaller jobs are very easy to give an accurate estimate over the phone...for most jobs we must simply stop by and have a look before committing to a quote. Describe what you have and we'll see what we can come up with. We get better at estimating everyday (as long as were given an accurate description).

Q. Does Len’s Hauling provide moving and delivery service?

A. No. Presently Len’s Hauling focuses on removal and hauling of garbage. No exceptions.

Q. How far do you travel outside of Saskatoon?

A. We currently only travel within a 150 km radius of Saskatoon. In special circumstances we can go outside of the 150 km radius. Mileage fees apply for outside the city limits.


Q. An estimate can change. How do I know exactly what I'm going to pay?

A. If there has been a delay between the originally scheduled work date and the actual work date, Len’s Hauling will re-confirm our job list (as originally indicated by you) and the agreed to costs. If nothing has changed or been added to the list, there will be no additional charges. If we have additional tasks to perform, we will add them to the work order. Regardless, it is Len’s Hauling procedure to ensure all parties are exactly clear on price and job details before any work is started. Len’s Hauling makes sure our customers know all costs up front.

Q. Do you handle small or partial loads?

A. You bet! To us at Len’s Hauling, it doesn't matter how big or small your material may be, you will still receive the best service we can provide!

Q. What are your payment options?

A. You may pay with Cash, Debit (available at main office only), Cheque, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, e-Transfer. Invoicing is not available to all of our customers. Deposit may be required When invoiced please send a cheque, or call us at 306-652-4267 if you would like to pay with VISA, MasterCard or American Express. If you want to e-Transfer, please send here

Q. Do you need a deposit?

A. Yes and no. Yes if you're a new Customer you will need to pay a deposit via Credit Card or e-Transfer for our Disposal Bins, and Hand Pick-Up jobs. Established customers don’t require a deposit

Q. Do you take fridges, stoves and other appliances?

A. Yes, we will take all household appliances. Keep in mind there is a small additional fee for the removal of refrigerant liquids from freezers and fridges. This fee covers the cost of recovering those chemicals, as opposed to dumping them into the environment. All appliances are recycled either for scrap metal or are, in some cases, donated at our expense to a charitable non-profit organization.

Q. Do you have a trailer you could spot (leave at job location) for a few days? (reserved for roofers or where they can be safely places such as cobble stone driveways or lawns.)

A. Yes...we have a limited number of trailers and disposal bins available (based on location and availability). For certain jobs like re-shingling, broken concrete, and lathe and plaster removal, it makes more sense to have a trailer or bin waiting at the site to be loaded as the material becomes available.
